Creating a coherent and holistic leadership frameworks

Target group: Executives who are taking on management positions in the Group as lateral entrants or newcomers; management teams at different locations who want to develop and sharpen a common understanding of leadership as teams

Starting point: The Group wanted to standardize numerous existing training programs and initiatives in its training portfolio on the basis of a coherent and holistic leadership framework

Challenge: design of a holistic development program that is valid on a global level, but at the same time takes into account the cultural characteristics of the regions (Europe, China, India, Latin America, USA) in its implementation

Additional feature: at the same time implementing a development program for HR business partners so that managers and business partners share a common understanding of the guiding models and tools for employee management

Deliverables:

Development of two, 3-day programs each:

  1. Leading People – Continuous Performance Improvement and Talent Management‘.
  2. Leading Business – Change Management and Agility Shift‘.

Implementation of both programs at all locations in Europe

Development of an international team of trainers to deliver the programs in the regions

Development of a comprehensive portfolio of trainer’s guides and event materials to ensure a common understanding of implementation among all trainers

Duration: ongoing since fall 2018, currently trainings conducted remotely
